How Funexchange login works
Funexchange login is different from most betting sites. There’s no email-and-password form, no username to remember, no captcha. You access your Funexchange ID through WhatsApp, which means your account is tied to your mobile number and verified by your own phone.
This page explains how to log in, what to do if you can’t access your account, and the security practices we use to keep your funds safe.
Login in under a minute
- Open WhatsApp on your phone.
- Tap the WhatsApp button at the top of any page on funexchange.com, or save our support number from the Contact page.
- Send “Login” or just “Hi” to start the chat.
- Our agent verifies your identity (usually by confirming your registered name and the last 4 digits of your bank account).
- The agent sends you a login link or one-time code, which opens your Funexchange dashboard.
- You land on your wallet, with bet history, balance, and all live markets ready.
The whole flow takes under a minute during business hours. Outside business hours our automated system can issue you a temporary access link even faster.
Why we use WhatsApp instead of passwords
Three reasons.
Security. Passwords are the most common attack surface for online accounts. Phishing, credential stuffing, brute force, password reuse across sites, all of those problems go away when there’s no password to steal. WhatsApp login uses your phone’s hardware-level security (PIN, fingerprint, Face ID) plus WhatsApp’s own end-to-end encryption.
Speed. Most players we surveyed said password resets were their biggest friction with other betting sites. Forgot password, check email, click link, enter new password, login again. With Funexchange, you message support, you’re back in.
Indian context. Most Indian players are on WhatsApp all day. It’s the most natural login interface for our audience. No extra app to download. No new account to manage.
What to do if you can’t log in
“I forgot my Funexchange ID number”
Not a problem. You don’t need your ID number to log in. WhatsApp the team from the same phone number you registered with. We identify your account from the number and let you in.
“I lost access to my registered WhatsApp number”
This is the case we take most seriously. Email support@funexchange.com with: the name on the account, the approximate balance, the last 4 digits of the bank account that received your last withdrawal, and two recent transaction reference numbers. We verify your identity in 1 to 4 hours during business hours and reset your registered number to your new one. We do this carefully because the most common attack on a betting account is a SIM-swap takeover.
“Login link is not working”
Login links expire 10 minutes after issue. Request a fresh one from support. If three fresh links fail, your browser or app may be blocking pop-ups. Try Chrome incognito.
“I’m being asked for documents to log in”
This only happens if your account has been flagged for KYC, typically after a withdrawal over ₹1 lakh or an unusual login from a new device or country. Submit the requested documents (PAN, Aadhaar, address proof) and your account reopens in 2 to 12 hours.
“Why does my balance look wrong after I log in?”
Pending bets reduce your displayed balance until they settle. Bonus balances show separately from cash. If you see a real discrepancy (rare), WhatsApp support with a screenshot.
Security best practices
Use a phone PIN. Lock-screen PIN on your phone is your first line of defence. If anyone gets your unlocked phone, they get your WhatsApp, and they get your Funexchange.
Turn on WhatsApp two-step verification. WhatsApp itself has 2FA. Settings, Account, Two-step verification. It adds a 6-digit PIN to any new WhatsApp install on your number.
Don’t share your login link. Login links work for anyone who clicks them in the 10-minute window. Treat them like an OTP. Never forward them.
Never share a password. There is no password on Funexchange. If anyone asks for a “Funexchange password”, it’s a scam. Our team only ever asks for KYC details, never login credentials.
Set a deposit limit. From your dashboard or via WhatsApp, set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap. Protects you against impulse and against account takeover.
Watch for fake sites. The only official domain is funexchange.com. If you see funexchange-india.com, funexchange.in, or any other variant, do not log in. We are only on funexchange.com.
Logging out
No traditional logout. Closing the browser tab ends your session. If you want to forcibly log out from every device (you used a friend’s laptop, for example), WhatsApp support and ask to “invalidate all sessions”. We end every active login on your account within 30 seconds.

Is the WhatsApp login safe?
Yes. It’s built on two layers of security: your phone’s hardware authentication (PIN, biometric) and WhatsApp’s end-to-end encryption. There’s no password to phish.
Can I log in from a laptop or PC?
Yes. Request the login link via WhatsApp on your phone, then open the link on any device with a browser. Works on laptops, tablets, desktops equally.
How long does a session last?
Active session timeout is 4 hours of inactivity. If you stay active (placing bets, browsing markets), the session stays open indefinitely until you close the tab.
Can I have multiple accounts?
No. Our terms require one account per person. Multiple accounts are flagged and frozen, with refunds to the original payment method.
What happens if I lose my phone?
Email support@funexchange.com immediately to freeze the account. We hold it until you confirm a new number through identity verification.
Do you offer biometric login?
On the upcoming Funexchange app (Android Q3 2026, iOS Q4 2026), yes. Face ID and fingerprint will be supported. On the website, login is via WhatsApp link, which itself can be protected by biometrics on your phone.
Can I log in from outside India?
Yes, if it’s legal in your current location. We are an offshore operator and don’t restrict by IP. Players in countries where online betting is illegal should not use the service.
Is there a login app?
The Funexchange app is in beta with public launch on Android in Q3 2026. Read more on the App page. Until then, mobile-browser login is the standard.
